The Gasthof Hotel zum Hirsch is an extraordinary family-run countryside hotel situated in the heart of Baden Württemberg. Once you travel along the Schwäbische Alb, you enter a new world far removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This traditional house is now a cosy boutique hotel and restaurant with individually designed rooms, in the middle of nature and culture.
Famous tradition!
Our domicile is the oldest one in our village and got first documented in the 13th century. It is family-owned for over 70 years now.
The half-timbered house with its rustic but modern guestrooms conveys a comfortable and homey feeling. By our new building we did not just create a modern Spa-Area but as well new and modern rooms with walk-in showers, free Internet and a separate living area.

Arrangement: Enter fit in springtime
Enjoy some sunny days on the brink of the biospherial area "Schwäbische Alb".
Arrival days: Friday or Saturday
Enter fit in springtime with asparagus from our region.
The arrangement includes these services:
- 2 x accommodation in a double bedroom
- 2 x breakfast buffets
- 1 x asparagus buffet or a 4 set asparagus menu
- 1 x 4 set breakfast menu
- sparkling water on each room
- free utilisation of our Spa-Area including a finnish-sauna, tepidarium and fitness-room.
All rooms have a shower, WC, Flat-TV, telephone and partly a mini-bar. Price per Person/day in one of our basic double bedrooms is 72,- Euro.
Price per person/day in our superior double bedrooms is 80,- Euro.
Single supplement per person/ day is 10,- Euro.
Our recommandation:
Visit the so called Osterbrunnen and the cot-museum (Krippenmuseum) in Oberstadion or Mochental castle with its actual exposition by the gallery owner Ewald Schrade.
